From Amsterdam Schiphol to Washington Dulles
Flight KL651
Our flight was canceled on 1/3/26. KLM refused to help anyone at the airport, saying we needed to go to a hotel to wait to be rebooked. We were never rebooked, were never able to speak to a person, spent nearly $7K to get ourselves home, and KLM refuses to reimburse those costs.
